Orders are dispatched via express courier service (FedEx, DHL or UPS) and will take between 1-3 working days to arrive. Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We offer a 28 day returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days of your goods arriving to request a returns number. You then have a further 14 days to return your goods in their original unworn condition and we will issue a full refund within 5 working days. To initiate a return please send us an email on info@zapclothing.com and we will send you a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)
